ay and I’m so thankful they did. Not only did they provide the best service I’ve ever experienced they referred me back to the dealer as they were certain the issue would be covered under warranty. Who does that??? They do because they care about their customers and don’t take advantage of people and for that I will be forever grateful!! The Sunday before Presidents Day - visiting from Las Vegas, ready to go to Huntington Library, excite
d to be there again after 20 years! ... and the "check engine" light comes on! We found EMX Auto Repair in Pasadena to be open, Robert checked the car right away, told us what was needed, got the parts and rushed the job. Did a lot of other checks, just to make sure we will be safe for the trip back home, with no extra charge! Even provided us with much needed education regarding future visits to the mechanic. Thank you, Robert!

We dropped our class A motorhome to have an air leak fixed. We left to spend the day killing time. We
live in our motorhome full time so we had to have the rig back at the end of the day. About 10 miles from the repair facility we got a phone call from the repair facility saying the person who was going to fix our rig was not going to make it in today because his truck broke down and we would have to reschedule for the next day. We spent the rest of the day trying to find a place close to the shop that we could spend the night because of concerns about our air brakes.
We came back to the facility in the afternoon and found the owner George under our rig taking off the leaking part. He took it apart and within an hour he had repaired the part and put it back on our rig. We were extremely satisfied that he kept his promise to repair our rig that same day. Just like his web site says about taking care of air leaks.
