We had a bunch of work done and it seemed like the alignment got missed. We took it back and they che
cked it out, did the alignment and rotated the tires and the car is driving much better. They honored their warranty on their previous work.

He immediately called for parts, gave me a repair estimate, and scheduled the required work.
