Transmission died in Omaha. We live in Kansas City area. Started calling dealers (due to extended wa
rranty). Everyone said, "See you in August". Rae told us to come on in, they'd get us in that day. She also gave us the name of a tow truck driver that was great (Triple T Towing)
They checked and also found that repairs could be weeks away. Jill spent the next two hours trying to talk to any and everyone to try to either get them to fix it or allow the extended warranty to cover them fixing. She had tons of other work to do and could have told us it wasn't her problem but she made it so.
In the end, Jill found a dealer that should be able to fix it before the end of the month.
Hubby had to drive up to rescue us. He wouldn't get there until after we left. Jill emptied her car. She loaded up all of our stuff and took us to Mama's Pizza. She didn't just drop us off at the door.. She checked with them that we could stay awhile and helped us drag everything in.
Both of those ladies did their job above and beyond. The mechanics we talked to while we were there were focused on doing their best job.

Kent was awesome from the first phone call to day of pickup. I dropped my truck off Monday night to
be looked at Tuesday and by noon Kent called to tell me what he found and how much it was going to cost if I wanted him to fix it. His prices are fair and the guy knows what he's talking about. He was quick and I will be taking anything that i need done on my truck back to him every time. Thanks Guys for making my truck sound normal again.

I can't say enough good things about Bennington Auto. My family has procured three vehicles from them
. Based on my collective experience, I am not likely to look anywhere else for a used car.
These guys are amazing and if necessary, worth paying a premium to partner with them. Please take notice of my use of the term "partner", because that is how they act.
In our most recent purchase, my 17-year old daughter bought a car for $8,000. A few weeks later, we identified a coolant leak. We brought it into their service shop and they found the radiator had a small leak. They replaced the radiator at their cost for the parts and covered 100% of the labor. The car wasn't under warranty.
There are not many car dealers that will offer that kind of service. To top it off, the gave her a fresh oil change for free as well.
The oil change dumbfounded me, in the best possible way. Bennington Auto has my highest possible recommendation.

I feel like you genuinely care and consider you both a partner. I can't imagine a greater compliment for a "used car dealer". You are literally the best.
