lt being replaced. He was very helpful and respectful unlike the staff over at Bellevue Honda. My seat belt was replaced in a timely manner, even when I missed my appointment. Andrey took care of my shuttle service without a hitch. The staff over at the parts department also were very helpful. Last thing I want to mention is that the place was very clean and spotless. I would definitely go back for my parts and service needs.

Having a problem with a certified pre-owned car that you purchased just a week earlier can be very di
scouraging and unsettling. The Service Department was very friendly and understanding. They took the time to make sure they thoroughly diagnosed the problem of a broken ring. They also kept us in formed as to the progress as to the repairs. We feel that Lee Johnson Chevrolet did an outstanding job of not only providing great customer service, but also doing an excellent job of doing the repairs to our vehicle.
We are very satisfied in the certified pre-owned Chevy Cruze we purchased from Lee Johnson Mazda, but are more confident of the vehicle we purchased after the repairs were done

Started with talking to Mario on the phone that works in the service department
Mario was very professional on the phone and set up my appointment
Brought the car in at 8am and it was ready by 11am Mario called me to let me know car was ready for pick up
Picked up the car and was returned very clean inside and outside including tires
Mario understands great customer service
