We had our 2004 Toyota towed to Schimpfs because it would not start. The only thing they could find
was it appeared it was flooded. They got it started and couldn’t find anything wrong other than the battery was weak. They had to of spent several hours checking the car. They could have replaced some parts and charged me but only charged a half hour. So far the car is starting ok. They are very honest and do excellent service.

These gentlemen were absolutely professional and very knowledgeable about their profession of being a
mechanic. I have dealt with mobile mechanics before but these gentlemen were steps above and beyond with quality, timeliness, and the end result of the job was absolutely amazing. If someone is looking for fast but accurate work call these men ASAP. They literally almost do every and anything that is needed for car repairs. The equipment and tools they carry and have is unmatched for a mobile mechanic. Classy fellows don't miss out the service they provide. I will be using this service again when I need another repair, thank you for your help and again don't hesitate to call them immediately if you need repairs.

My daughter left for Europe and left me with her Jeep…a close inspection revealed a dead taillight, a
nd door that wouldn’t open, door trim hanging by a thread, and leather seats that looked like they’d been used on DDay… the team at 5 Points took care of everything and the vehicle looks great…do ya think my daughter will notice?

April 25, 2024: having traveled 300+ miles my 2012 X5 suddenly and randomly illuminates multiple faul
t warnings approx 9pm. I pull into an advance auto as they’re closing, ask them to run their diagnostic. Waiting for the clerk to assist a gentleman approaches me, announcing he’s a BMW tech and asks if he may help. Surprisingly, he volunteers to have me follow him to his shop where he diagnoses and runs systems tests. He throughly explains findings and updates fault/failure warnings. * Again, it’s beyond “After hours!” This is the BMW certified Technician any BMW owner expects . Professional, informative and knowledgeable! Highly recommended! I would absolutely use his services again.
