We have taken our cars here since we moved to Castle Rock. We completely trust them with our cars. We
have had dealerships tell us we need work done, and when we go for a second opinion they have numerous times said it doesn’t need to be done. If they do find something they always stand behind their work. I can’t recommend them enough. We don’t know a ton about cars, so it is great to have a place you can trust.

When you bring your car to the shop because it is doing some really weird stuff, you panic at the tho
ught of how long it will take to get it diagnosed, and how much it will be to have it fixed. Our most recent visit to Crossroads had us in exactly that situation, and James and his team took the time to identify the issue correctly, and resolve it without any problems. They also did the job for less than what they quoted us when they called to tell us what the vehicle needed. This is why we keep going back to Crossroads.
