We were travelling from Colorado to New Branunfels when we developed a radiator leak on December 28th
in Lubbock.
Initially, we were going to rent a car to continue our trip and pick up our truck on the way back to Colorado, but Brandon's "squeezed" us into their shop and assured us the repairs would be done by 3 PM and they were.
In addition, their staff drove us to lunch, while we waited for the repairs to be completed.
We enjoyed the balance of our trip without incident due to Brandon's profressionalism and prompt service.
If I lived in the Lubbock area, Brandon's would unequivocally be my "go to shop" for auto & truck repairs.

Had my company van take a crap on my staff with a blown radiator and oil leak on Thursday morning. By
Friday afternoon I had the van back in excellent condition! Scott showed me exactly what went wrong and how him and his team fixed the problem. They are very reasonable with their prices. This is one of multiple vehicles I have taken for Scott and his team to work on and have NEVER been disappointed. I have and will continue to recommend Precision Auto for all of our auto care needs.
