e time the new wiper blades that were put on my vehicle scraped my drivers side window ever so slightly.
When I explained what happened they apologized ... this so rarely happens... and I appreciated their honesty. They upgraded my wipers for free and I don't even see the scrape anymore.
This time things weren't able to be done so quickly because of extenuating circumstances but it was no problem!
