Problem was fixed by reset button which the technician showed me where it was hiding in the most inco
nspicuous place.
It could have been done by phone if the company was willing to walk me over it.
But technician was professional and did it in the twinkling of an eye.
He also spent time to check the entire system as I am charged a minimum of two hours because it was an emergency call.
