After my car failed the smog test, I first took it to J & M Transmission and Auto Care in Tracy. Afte
r their inspection, I was honestly mortified — they came back with a long list of recommendations that would have cost us thousands of dollars. It felt overwhelming and discouraging.

What impressed me most was that they prioritized the repairs based on necessity and our ability to pay, instead of pressuring us into doing everything at once.
