We were only able to come in after 6:30 when they close at 7 and even with that they were so gracious
and never made us feel bad for asking them to stay late. They were polite, fair prices and very friendly to both of us. No pressure just support and we both appreciated that very much. All that and I love my new Crosstek too!

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
