I haven't picked up my car yet but so far everyone there has been SO nice! They've called me twice a
week as promised and everythinh is going smoothly! May even get my car back sooner than expected! Also they never give me an attitude when I call with questions.

I was introduced to York Collision Center in 2007, after my 2001 Volvo S80 was damaged in an accident
. I was very amazed at the quality of work I received. The car looked better than before, and I could not find anything wrong with their work. Since then, they have repaired about four more cars for me. I am super satisfied with their quality of work. I know they are one of the best Collision Centers in the country. My 2018 Hyundai had some water issues and my car was fixed very quickly. The Team did everything to
help me, especially Sharon, Elaine and Barb and Elaine went out of her way to see that I had transportation to pick up my car.

The receptionists and geico representative I worked with were great. Kind, explained things well. I l
iked that I got a folder with all the people and their contact info given to me when i dropped the car off. They washed my car, the repairs were great I would reccomened. I also got a rental car which was there all set for me to go. Just an overall great experience.
