Tucson Subaru recommended that I needed my brakes done, they told me that the pads were wore down. I
made an Appointment with Japanese Automotive because they quoted the best price and promised a quick turnaround. I get to my appointment and the guys immediately get to work, they take the wheels off and tell me my brakes are fine. They show me that my pads were at 7 to 8mm so no reason to change them out. I truly appreciate the honesty. They then completed a full synthetic oil change and filter replacement using a Subaru filter for 1/2 the price of Tucson Subaru. I was out of there in under 30 minutes. Thanks to the guys at Japanese Automotive Repair Services.

Eli and Alan are very good mechanics and they go the extra step to make sure they fix my truck. Not
many mechanics are good repairing the older 7.3 powerstrokes, but they are good and efficient. I suspect there are not many vehicles they cannot repair. I recommend R & R for all your repairs (I take all 3 of my vehicles to them) :)
