While traveling, my brakes on my truck totally failed as i was leaving a Jacksboro diner. While my ro
adside assist, the special service I paid for from my dealer all failed to find assistance, I found Cross Tire on my internet search. They were great! Jennifer arranged for a tow and the mechanic went to work immediately to diagnosis the problem. This was on a Saturday. Very clear communication and rapid service. Had my truck ready in a few days with preventative care included. Jennifer had ordered the necessary parts and the only delay was weekend and getting parts delivered. Highly recommend!

With the hot weather upon us and my air conditioning acting up I contacted John Jarvis and he got me
right in immediately. Dropped off the vehicle and within 2-3 hours received a call stating it was ready for pickup! Air is blowing so cold had to actually dial it down on the way home. As always excellent and honest service which is hard to find these days.
