Did this shop was the only shop that would give me a reasonable estimate estimate and had time to tak
e me take me I thought my Duramax water pump was out.
I had replaced that thermostat housing and there wasn't owing that that I thought that old one was fine but it started leaking right after I replaced the housing .
I am giving them a good rating for one reason they could have easily charged me and replaced my water pump but it did not need replacing they were honest and told me it's not leaking from your water pump so if I had taken the time to put the opening and I would have saved myself the myself $800
But they had the tools to pressure test my whole cooling system and tell me the truth so for that I will say they are a good shop.
The mechanic did hang up on me once.,,,,,
when I had asked him if he used the "bleed screw"
to bleed the air out of the system after finishing
As it said low coolant after driving a few miles.
Their mechanic wasn't aware there was one( it's located on top the thermostat housing)
Well, me a woman telling him the fact,
" click" went phone, he hung up.
That's the only reason I lowered their rating to 4 start.
But it's OKI,
I bled the air out myself of the cooling system lines, on my Duramax.??

Found the problem, fixed the problem, great price, great communication
After having two other shops unsuccessfully try to diagnose a transmission problem, I was stumped. Ha
d a recommendation to try Monkey Wrench, and they delivered. They found the problem (a bad computer), fixed it, and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Very easy to work with, great communication and keeping me up-to-date, and they were very flexible in picking up the vehicle, as I was traveling when it was repaired. Highly recommended.

I had a Subaru. I took over to Subaru automotive to get checked. They told me my car needed a new mo
tor because the turbo on my car broken pieces that got into the motor and would cost be $12,000. I found sender motors There. I met Trent I told him about my situation and he helped me find a solution that he would help fix it, and would look into the motor to see if I actually needed it with no questions and no down payment no deposit. He got into it and looked right away. He called me and said it was just turbo and nothing was in the motor He told me he can fix it if I would like I left it to him and he changed the turbo fan and the AC and oil change and they came out way cheaper than 12,000. I was happy with the experience. He was very friendly, always keeping me in contact. Trying to find the cheapest, we’re picking up the car he went over. Everything showed me all the pieces and gave me warranty. I would definitely recommend sender motors Talk to Trent he’s amazing caring for his customers treat us like we were a family not only that they have an awesome variety of cars to pick from I will trust there cars
