Great service at a reasonable price
I brought my car in for a 90K checkup. After a thorough inspection, I was told that all components w
ere in good shape and nothing required replacement. The total cost was probably half or a third of what the dealer would charge for the 90K service. In addition, I needed a new driver's side sun visor. Last time I was in I was told to order it on Amazon and that they'd install it with only a labor charge. In fact, they installed it and did not charge me at all. Good people, great service.

Was able to quickly look at my daughter's car and gave an honest assessment.
Daughter in college had weird sound when braking, she lives in another city than I do. Scottsdale Pr
o Tech was recommended. She called up and they were able to look at the car the same day. The tech was friendly and listened to her and they were able to reproduce the sound. Put it on a lift and the car will need new rotors and pads soon. Gave price estimate which was fair. Did not try to hard sell her that it needed to be done right now, but very soon. She had a very positive experience and will go back for future car issues. Thanks, her dad.

As always, Mark provided excellent service; I wanted to get my car in for an oil change before the ne
w year, and without fail, Mark fit me in. He ordered a new filter "just in case" my car needed one, and sure enough, it did, so it was taken care of that day! I know my car will be on the road for many more miles thanks to Mark! I am proud to call him my mechanic and would recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, honest, and just down right nice guy.

I went in today for an oil change. After talking to Ryan, I found him trustworthy and HONEST.
He
checked out the entire car and pointed out what needed immediate attention and work I could do at a later date, taking the high cost of living into consideration.
Just an all around great guy. Ryan should get a raise, his own parking spot, paid day off, and likeness as the company logo.
