This is the first time in my 46 years that I have written a review for repair services (or anything e
lse for that matter). I am taking the time to write this today simply because I have never been as impressed with an auto repair shop as I have been during my three visits to OC Autoworks.
They fixed my BMW and my wife's Audi quickly and didn't overcharge me for their work. Auto repair shops are in a position to take advantage of customers by making up or sometimes creating issues with your vehicle that are more serious than what caused you to go see them in the first place. These shops can often get away with this simply because the average person doesn't know any better--other than what he or she is being told by the repair shop. The staff at OC Autoworks does high quality work and treat their customers fairly.
