Milito's were the best! I came in on a snowy Sunday morning after being hit on the Indiana tollway by
a semi. My driver side mirror was broken and I couldn't continue my journey west, Milito's was listed as a Tesla repair shop (Tesla Chicago is not open on Sunday) so I limped my car to Milito's. They took the car in and held it for me for a few days while I got a transporter to get it back to NY where I live. This was faster as Tesla couldn't supply the mirror in time. J.J. from Milito's called me every day, not to get the car out of there but to make sure I was okay and that the car issue was being handled. Amazing customer service, they really took care of a walk-in customer. Thank you again! Mike
