p that I have never been to before. I was obviously quite hysterical as I had no idea what was going on with my car. They went above and beyond, ordered parts ,same day, repaired my car same day on a whim. They weren't expecting me I just walked in and said please help I have a huge problem and they were more than willing to take care of my emergency. I mean they literally went above and beyond would anyone could expect. I will never ever go to anyone else but to RCS. Maybe it was fate that I stumbled upon them and I am very glad that I did. I'm a long time Neubauer customer and know they are professional, honest, and customer focused, but I
need to give them a special shout out today. On the Saturday before we were set to leave for a road trip vacation on Wednesday, I discovered my brakes needed to be replaced. I called first thing Monday morning and Chelsea found a way to fit us in and made sure we had our car back by Tuesday afternoon in time for our travel on Wednesday. What a relief! As I said, very customer focused! Sarah, Matt, and Chelsea are always great to work with. Thank you Neubauer team!

I had to have my car towed to the shop. They worked on it the next day. Car runs great after picking
it up. They even offered to give me a lift to retrieve my car since I had to have it towed to the shop. I couldn’t have asked for a better team owner, and his certified mechanics.
