Couple of weeks have passed but I knew I would remiss if I did not take the time to complete a review
of Ten Pin Motors.
We were out of town on our way to a medical appt. A noise came from the right rear tire. Then when checking, we could smell how hot the tire had become. I called our service department to see if they could/would look at it as soon as medical appt was over. They could not get me in until 3 hours later. I had to pick up a loved one from school at 2:45pm. Just wouldn't work, did not give me any more options.
Called Angela at Ten Pin Motors. She said they would rearrange their schedule and could get me in the minute I get back to town.
The brakes froze up on the rear tire and it was hot.
They diagnosed and worked their magic!! I have new rear brakes and safety once again. They were wonderful & caring. Highly recommend them!!!

Crew is easy to deal with. Have been servicing our vehicles for years. Mostly just maintenance but
have dealt with the few issues that have come up without much fuss. Reasonable prices started us using them and customer service is why we keep using them.

My salesman was Andrew Feldman. He is a good guy and did a nice job of helping me through the buying
process. I paid above msrp, but that’s just the way things are right now. Luckily, I didn’t have to finance this vehicle because rates are high. They did the best they could to help me, especially at a time when there isn’t a lot of inventory.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have had my car repaired by West Tire and Auto. I had an unexp
ected concern arise with my vehicle early Friday morning. I called first thing in the morning to ask for help. The gentleman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and guided me through the steps I needed to take including helping me arrange a tow truck. My vehicle was picked up from my home at 10 am by 2 pm they informed me of the repair that was needed and by 430 pm I was driving my vehicle again. My family will be utilizing their services for all car maintenance/repairs in the future.
