ate farm and worked with Scott at the Gladstone location. BEST customer service I've had in years. Way better than any other auto body shop I've ever been to. Felt confident leaving my car with them while I was away, they got it done quickly, I got text updates throughout the process about progress on getting my car repaired. Scott stayed late to accommodate my schedule so I could get my car during off hours on the weekend, they even detailed my dirty car, vaccumed and washed it unexpectedly. He also had it running with the seat warmer on when I arrived to pick it up since it was a super cold day. Oh, and got me a shuttle from the rental car place to Fix so I didn't have to walk or uber. Couldn't be more pleased with this place. Will be referring everyone here and giving them all my future business.

I had some body work done on my SUV here a few months ago, they are polite, prompt and stand by their
work.
Well, yesterday my break sensors went off so I took it to my dealership and it turns out that Fix Auto had painted over the sensors by accident and shorted out the wires. I have two small kids and live 45 minutes away. Fix Auto paid the other shop to fix my car and provided me with a free rental car even though they could have fixed it at their own shop. So even though they made a mistake, they more than made up for it with their awesome customer service! I'm so happy I didn't have to wake my kiddos from their nap for a 90 minute car ride just to swap rental cars. I would feel comfortable taking my car back here again.

Restoring an "89 Toyota pickup that I bought from a Toyota dealership mechanic. He had given up on i
t after replacing the engine when it developed a miss. I gave Brooks a try after every local mechanic refused to even let it in the door. Seems that the "89-96 models have a computer but the diagnosis is quite complex meaning the mechanic needs to know what he is doing. I dropped it off there with no expectations other than "It is over my head". The bottom line here is that it took a bit but now the car runs perfectly. How many shops would replace vacuum hoses, MAP sensors, EGR valves, wires and etc. Thank you. Restoration savvy shop.
