Right from the start the manager, Juan was exceptionally helpful, and throughout the 12 days I needed to leave my car there and negotiated the repair costs with my insurance, Juan was responsive, supportive, and professional. And he went above and beyond to make the pick up convenient for me. I highly recommend 145th Street Auto Center.
