Brake ⚠️ on Dashboard
At first, the indicator just flashed. Later (2-3 days) the indicator remained “lit”. I called, spoke
to Angie & an appointment was scheduled to bring in my truck (2015 Toyota Tacoma). Angie explained that if the issue invoked replacing / resetting brake sensor -> an outside shop would be involved. I brought my truck in early morning…and all necessary work was completed on same day, before mid-afternoon. Upon pickup - office manager confirmed Angie’s earlier directions (i.e., electrical work performed elsewhere.
Very satisfying & comforting to know that what’ initially said /suggested is consistent from initial phone call to completed work / pickup.
This is my 2nd year relying on the expertise/knowledge of JNV Toyota to handle all the truck maintenance (scheduled & otherwise). I highly recommend!

The visit for an oil change got complicated, but I'm thankful. Beachside determined that I needed to
a new suspension system and tires, as well as minor service like a new A/C filter. My 2000 car is running great!

Tuxtla Mechanic has been around for years, and it is easy to see why. Manny and the entire team are a
n absolute delight to work with. They are punctual, incredibly easy to talk to, and maintain great communication from drop-off to pick-up. I also really appreciate how fair and transparent they are with their pricing, there are never any surprises.
I brought in my 1986 Jeep Grand Wagoneer for a full brake service, and the quality of their work was top-notch. Beyond just doing what was asked, they took the time to suggest excellent preventive care to ensure the Jeep remains reliable and safe on the road.
It is hard to find a shop you can implicitly trust, but I know I can always count on Manny and his team for both my vintage vehicles and my newer cars. I highly recommend them!

My car's AC was acting up and Greg worked incredibly hard to track down the issue and fix it. He took
the car in at a moments notice and worked well past closing time to get it fixed. Now, obviously don't abuse his willingness to do that, but he'll do whatever it takes to get the job done. I do most of my own work on my car and he's the only shop I trust with whatever job I don't have the equipment for.
