My brakes started to squeak call Josh Reinbach who helped us with purchase of car 2 years earlier he
returned our call and said come in tomorrow which was on a Saturday I thought no way could they get this done he turned us on to Camilla in service department who took charge and car was finished in less than 2 hours all 4 brakes! A lot of reviews online (for any mechanic) is really broad and doesn’t really hammer down an experien
ce, or rather doesn’t go far into detail so you can’t tell what a real review may be or not.
I had been fighting with my car for quite awhile and I eventually caved in and finally took it somewhere. Day Heights had an immediate opening where as other shops had a week minimum wait. I had never heard of them, no one I know had ever used them, but I said let’s do it.
I had a great experience. The guys were all very friendly and didn’t have a superiority complex like you may have at other shops. I explained to them what parts I’ve replaced already, what I believe it may be and gave them symptoms to back up my hypothesis. Never did I feel like the crazy guy who thinks he knows what he’s talking about but really doesn’t, they assured me that my work before hand would help them with diagnostic and they’d let me know. Not even 24 hours later I got a phone call saying they got the engine back together and it was ready for pick up.
Engine sang like a bird. Everyone is so friendly and has that small business care and feel that you want.
Bonus points for having a great looking building, I didn’t see one grease spot on the walls or anything (which isn’t a big deal but it’s always nice!)
I’m willing to drive the extra distance for them to regularly service my car from now on, great team and will be back.

I just wanted to let you know that Anthony Metcalf is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bou
ght a 2023Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let me drive 2 or 3 cars without hesitation. He took my interest seriously. Earlier that day, I went to Columbia Hyundai and drove 2 cars and the salesman did not even attempt to sell me the car. I said I wanted to pay cash and that I was interested in the $750 off deal that expired the following day. He was not aware of offer. When I inquired about the $1500 coating that was listed on the window sticker, he said there was nothing he could do about that or the other $4000 of upgrades. He did not ask his manager. None of these charges were applied at your dealership. I felt that Anthony treated me seriously and with respect and was eager to find a car that met my expectations and needs. I will seek Anthony out the next time I need a car! I have told all my friends, who are thinking about getting a new vehicle to go to Anthony.
