I was recommended through a coworker to meet Mike Murphy and start looking for a truck to pull our 13
k lbs trailer. Mike spent weeks looking at thousands of GMC 1ton pickups for us. In the end we switched gears on him and bought and Dodge 3500. We couldn't be more happy or ecstatic with our new truck and are so appreciative of the patience and diligence Mike had with finding us the right vehicle, not just a vehicle. We would buy from them again in a heart beat. When our new truck had a headlight issue 3 days after purchase, Auto House quickly fixed and made right any small issue we had. and consistently goes above and beyond. Everyone here is honest, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers. I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of, they’re always upfront and transparent about everything.
One thing I really appreciate is how they’re able to squeeze me in, even when I need something last minute. They always do their best to accommodate me, and the quality of their work is outstanding every time. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and this is definitely one of them.
