Hi, I wanted to tell you that I was very fortunate yesterday when it came time to pick up my car. I
had enough money in the bank, but my bank only allows $1000 a day unless you call them ahead of time and up the maximum allowed.. times allowed me to pay what I could on my car and I went back today to pay the balance who else would’ve done that for me I can’t think of anyone!! Very much appreciate your customer service and helping me out on a tight spot. 💜💜💜

Loyal customer at HighTech for MANY years. Have always appreciated fair prices & timely service. The
techs do reliable/timely work. New office manager Jessica, and assistant Carter, are a BIG positive change👍🏼
I've lived in Norton for decades and I'm not the only one in town (I know ALOT of ppl) who've noticed the refreshing seasonal artwork on the windows. Very CLEVER eye-catching pleasant marketing!

I've had my car serviced there a few times now. What makes this place great is the people. They are f
riendly, informative and will go out of their way to help you. Bob (the owner) has been such a blessing to work with. The first day I met him, he did not only what I wanted to get done but also pointed out things with my car that I had no idea needed to get replaced.
They talk to you like you're a human being, not just someone to make money off of.

I was a promptly greeted by Dennis the moment I arrived at the lot. He soon showed me a few vehicles
that fit my criteria, and set up two for me to test drive. Dennis gave some valuable input and I decided on the Honda CR-V. After signing some quick paperwork, I waited a bit—but not too long—for financing to go through. All was well, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the very next business day—again, greeted by Dennis’s welcoming smile as he handed me the keys. I would recommend Modern Auto for a quality used vehicle, without much fuss!
