Front desk person . ( Ray ) this was my first experience with Ray . I had enjoyed the business relationship with the previous coordinator that moved on . I quickly was impressed with the knowledge and care from Ray . The mechanic team quickly diagnosed the Honda Odyssey Engine challenge and suggested The repair and further safety protocols for our brakes . I was very pleased with the results. I also had a cosmetic issue with the needed door arm supports removed so I could take elsewhere for a Leather repair .They insisted I come back to put the door panel back on at no further cost .Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicles there .You won’t go wrong .. Fireman Joe and Family. I bypass many mechanics and a Honda dealer to use the Master tech business.

Manny is also full of knowledge and he will go to the edge of the mountain to ensure that his customer is satisfied. Then there is the owner Jose, who is fully engaged to make sure that all checks are done prior to your vehicle being released back. They also employ a young lady who has a volume of knowledge and together they are a well greased operation. I found my new home!
