Question about an exterior mirror - Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff
I called this morning because I was having trouble with the passenger side mirror and wanted to conf
irm it would it be o.k. to stop by. While I was welcome to bring the car by, there was no guarantee anything could be done with it today. When I stopped in, the staff member who went to look at the mirror was knowledgeable about what might be done to make it function properly and was able to get it working again. I know this is often not possible and should not be an expectation. That makes me all the more grateful!

I was in Middleton visiting my son. My 2006 Nissan had a battery cable issue as I was ready to leave
town to drive back to North Carolina. The great staff at Jim's garage diagnosed and fixed my car in one hour and had me on the road. What a knowledgeable great, honest, polite garage to have your car fixed. I thank them so much for being great people and helping me in my time of need.

I had a low tire and was headed out of town. I called and they got me right in. Found a b\bolt in a
tread. Patched, plugged it and balanced the tire. In and out in under an hour! Superior service as always!!
