t was close to Christmas. And I remember I had 35.00 in my checking account. And of course I got a flat tire. I hobbled over to Eberhardt’s Tires snd Automotive because it was on the way home and I had bought used tires here before. They checked my tire it was bald the man said you need a new tire. I probably had that look of desperation on my face and asked for the cheapest used tire they had. I asked how much it was. Im sure thats when he knew, he told me the price and I sighed with relief. And then he said Merry Christmas no charge. I just about cried. I told him I will come back and buy my tires forever. And Im going to tell everyone.
Here we are 26 years later Ive gotten my new tires from them and I love how fast they get them done. Today I needed automotive engine repair. They fixed my car and it runs great. I need new tires in August and guess where Im going?

en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.
