I had a warranty from the dealer so John was not going to benefit financially. Twice I set up an appointment, and cancelled twice, because the problem was covered with the dealership. Chuck owner friendly and knows his business. Put in new clutch and starter for my Chevy s10 on June 2
1st. Took only 1 day which I though was very fast. Picked up truck which started right up with the new starter. The clutch was so responsive and solid. Very much better clutch than the original. It has now been a week and no problems. I'm very happy with the quality of work, Friendliness of associates and fast response time.

I first went to a dealership service department for the repair. My experience started off good but as it progressed it got worse. I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of and after one phone call confirmed it. So I ended business with them.
After speaking about the issue I was given information for Lafel's Garage. I immediately called and was impressed from hello. They were very kind, passionate and honest. They are 10 star in my book and I highly recommend them.
