Called later in the evening stating I thought I had a wheel bearing going bad and was supposed to mak
e a long road trip in two days. They told me to drop the car off that night and they would try their best to get it looked at the next day and fixed quickly - not even 24 hours later they had me back on the road! Excellent customer service!

Rob at downtown Cleveland location remembered my phone number and my issues a whole month later after
I came to him for a car wellness check. He offered me resources that might help me pay for service because I did not have money. When he reached out to me I was sitting there thinking about getting my problem fixed. I brought my car down and I received A1 service. When I finished my work day my car was good to go and I truly appreciate the staff at rad air downtown. They are courteous and are really good at outreach if you ever have a problem I would recommend this shop.
