it to Ichiban and had a full inspection done and found the issues on my Husband steering wheel that two other shops could not figure out. Ichiban handled our car with care and Even went above and beyond what we initially requested to have done it shows that they really care about the product and the quality that they are delivering. th Nick DeLuca. The customer service was superb and he kept me well informed during the entire process. While it was not a quick process, I’m thankful it wasn’t. I simply wouldn’t trust any place that could repair a car in a week or two, they are obviously cutting corners. I have no doubt my car was repaired properly and with great care. Mr. DeLuca even informed me that the repairs another shop did, from a wreck several years ago, are already falling apart. I’m so thankful I have found a body shop I can trust. Thanks Bodywerks!

Local dealership wanted to do a lot of repairs in what I believe was an attempt to get me to just buy
a new car. Checked with German Drive and they found the source of the issue, repaired it for 1/4 of the quoted price for the dealership and now I'm happily vacationing 1200 miles away after driving said car and getting excellent mileage! Went from thinking I'd have to figure out how to buy a new car to getting to keep my beauty (Benz GL550 with over 150k miles).
