Bells and whistles

Auto settings are out of control. I don't like having the auto off feature the default setting every time I get in the vehicle. When stopped at a light and the engine powers down it takes too long for the vehicle to start up when I want to take a left turn across traffic coming. It seems unsafe to me because it does not react like I want it to and sort of sputters to get going leaving me exposed to oncoming traffic too long. Make it an option not the default. I also don't like the feature alarm that tells you when you are beside something as you back out of your garage. It just goes off like crazy and I end up turning it off which doesn't help for when I am backing out into the alley. Make it an option where you can just have the front and back alarms and no side alarm if you want it. I also don't like the fact that you can't unlock the passenger door when the car is started even when you have the fob in your hand and use the unlock button on it. I have to go back around to the driver side and use the unlock feature in the door to unlock it. What is the reason for that? I have the key and I am at the door pushing the button on the fob. That should open it. There also should be the ability to start the vehicle with the fob from a distance so you can cool it down before you get to it. I do like the lane assist and follow behind cruise control features though.

I don’t understand what this question refers to

I get frustrated with the technology every day. I watch the videos and still have problems understanding why it works one day and not the next. This is not because I don’t use tech, because I DO….but this car is a mess.

So far, so excellent

Only had for a few months now but so far, it’s been an excellent car. Interior and exterior design is perfect for our family. Traded in a Palisade as we have kids growing out of the house but still like having room for road trips. No real complaints thus far.

I have the racks that was installed at Springfield hyundai pa. The one side fell off when I was driving contact hyundai but of course no one got back to me the other side is fine.

Fine but not great

I liked my 2022 Santa Fe a little better. I do not like the way it rolls backwards before going forward when I am at a stop. I worry that I will roll back and hit another car. It rolls backward as I am taking my foot off the brake and first start accelerating. It does this quite often and it happens even when I am on a flat surface. The cruise control shuts off very easily which is a frustration when I am on the interstate going long distances . I do like the way it has a 3rd row and the 3rd row isn’t too uncomfortable for 1 adult. I also like the display screen. There is more leg room as well.

Wonderful & Luxury-feel family car

With several trims available, you are guaranteed to discover the best option for you with Santa Fe, whether it be the extra features or a more sporty look. The gas mileage is pretty average for the size of the car, but it is also nice to have a turbo-charged engine for increased performance. You do not sacrifice much of gas mileage there. Great luxury feel with the light gray interior that keeps the cabin cooler in the summer. Enjoyable and large dashboard with several features that are appreciated. I love the look of the digital speedometer display. I will definitely continue enjoying this car as I start a family in the future and have plenty of room for storage or people.
