No place to rest left elbow, must keep two hands steering wheel all the time,very uncomfortable.

Better than expected gas mileage. Very nice handling.

We had a Tuson lease that was ending. We were looking for something a little more economical because we are both retiring soon. The Kona so far seems to be a very good choice for us. Fuel economy is better than advertised and we like the way it handles on the highway, better than our previous car.

Too much tech

The car drives well and I appreciate being able to set up the seat and steering wheel for a perfect fit. I like the heated seats, which is the only reason I chose this model. The paddle things on the steering wheel are annoying and unnecessary, and once in awhile I hit them unexpectedly, so they are in the way as well. I still can’t figure out the cruise control. The fat steering wheel fatigues my hands on long trips. There are way too many unnecessary things in the technology.

Great ride, but missing a few things.

I really love my Kona. The tech on it is awesome. I have a few negative things though. It's a bummer that the passenger seat doesn't have power seating as well and it doesn't have automatic windshield wipers to detect rain. We have also ran into an issue with the wireless charging pad overheating our phone. I love the 360 degree cameras and the car drives really smoothly as well. I love the blind spot cameras that pop up on the dash.

My Kona

Good value for the money. Would have liked more interior features but you need to buy a package. Not worth spending more money to get a few things I wanted and features I did not want.

It’s a great little car

Let me see this. It has too many things that it wants to control for you number one there’s no playing steering wheel so every time you turn around in the wind of Kansas it’s saying you should go take a coffee break cause you’re tired number two the controls for cruise on the left in the Santa Cruz around the right so depending on which car you’re in everything‘s backwards oh yeah, and in order to run my wipers, it’s down in Santa Cruz so you know all of those things we couldn’t even know we were in different cars

Extremely Disappointed in Convenience Package

Very disappointed that automatic lift gate is not considered a convenience. This is not my 1st Hyundai. However at 75 and being short an automatic lift gate is important to me. The roof racks on the other hand are worthless and useless to me!!!! I talked my husband into switching from Toyota to Hyundai and he purchased a Santa Cruz, and gave my previous Santa Fe to my grandson. Maybe I need to look at a different company!!

Another Success Story From Hyundai!

This is our sixth or seventh Hyundai in the last 15 or so years. EVERY SINGLE vehicle has been problem-free, with each iteration better than the previous model. Started with an Elantra, moved up to the Sonata, then several Tucsons before venturing into the Kona. Styling, comfort, Engineering, performance.......they just keep getting better and better!

Great vehicle

I love this car, great mileage with power that i need. I was surprised by the MPG with the power i was getting. The inside is sleek and very nice looking and buttons are in great positions for when needed. Only thing i wish my Kona had was memory seats. Would be a great addition in my opinion.
