We apologize about a heatshield that was missed, but we put front brake pads on the front but didn't do the rotor as at temporary repair and let Michael know about it just to make it a little safer. And when you weren't happy with the noise, we just charged you for the front pads and rotors to help you out. Unfortunately we only did the front, not the rear. Sorry to hear that they went out, but I'm still willing to help get you back on the road at a discounted rate.
