Excellent Service
Per suggestion of another satisfied customer, I called Toyota Pro. Spoke with tech & we discussed my concerns & the present issues i was having with my car. Which by the way, isn't a Toyota...it's a Mercedes. The tech was personally familiar with both the cause of the failure, plus the repair. That made me feel alot more comfortable. He discussed a couple possible issues, prior to inspection as well as solutions to those mentioned issues. Quoted me a price & said he'd be in touch soon as he could. I walked into that shop a woman alone, not once did I get the feeling I was not being taken seriously or being taken advantage of. Dropped the car Wed & early Fri tech called to inform me it was complete. And it was the lessor of the issues we'd discussed, saving me a good amount from the over all quote. That made me very happy...
I certainly will be taking my business back to Toyota Pro & referring others who might be in need of an experienced, fair repair shop...
