Scheduled an appointment for a recall on 3/14/26. I arrived at my scheduled appointment on 3/18/26 and after waiting an hour I was told that they didn’t have the recall parts and that I would be notified when the parts would be available to reschedule the appointment. I would have expected that someone would have called me to reschedule knowing the parts were not available.
