AC not working - accommodated me as a squeezed in - problem fixed- yay! Boy was my filter maxed dirty! But that was a secondary issue caught at same time!
So great to have all aspects inspected reviewed and taken care of so fast!
Started car to leave Heard noise- sounded like what brought me in but I though was about AC. Owner came to look at right away after I checked out but before I left- turns out to be serpentine belt ouch it was stretched to beyond maximum- could have done some real damage if it wasn’t caught.
Again - thorough investigation, diagnosis and repair. All this when they were booked full and leaving on a trip that Monday after being closed for weekend and they still managed to rush my parts and complete both jobs! This shop is the best in town- been coming here for years and never left confused, unsafe or with problem unfixed. I appreciate their skills, honesty, integrity plus never have I felt the cost was off the charts- very much in keeping with what was needed and fair! Thank you to the Owners both office side and mechanics bay for always taking such good care of us and assuring thoroughly the cars are safe!
And for always being there when I need you and being so personable! Appreciate!
