Help! Little old lady with no air-conditioning on 90+ degrees day!
Monday, June 1 I pulled into your parking area hoping that I could get some help. Stephen, your floor manager came and visited with me after just a few minutes of Weight time. He was kind, helpful, and very nice. He quickly diagnosed the problem correctly and repaired the problem. He saw to it that I had shade to sit in with my vehicle and that there was a big fan outside my car window so that I would not be any more uncomfortable in the heat than was preventable. I cannot over emphasize his courtesy, competence, and caring attitude. I can highly recommend your business to those in need of car care and do this without hesitation. Thank you very much H&H.
